Audio Visual Maintenance

Taking care of your AV equipment means it will continue to perform optimally and reliably. With regular servicing, we can keep your projectors and other AV systems running like new.

Under an annual agreement, we schedule regular visits to clean and check all equipment, noting and fixing any faults along the way.

• Telephone, email and web technical support for all of your interactive whiteboards, projectors, visualisers, televisions, speaker systems, DVD players and other standard audio visual equipment.
• Support for PC to AV connectivity issues (hardware and software related)
• Free fitting of all audio visual related consumable items
• Labour for equipment repairs and replacements
• Internal projector cleaning when required
• Any additional equipment you purchase through Stafford Cabling during the year covered free of charge
• Loan equipment provided while standard items are away for repair
• Minimum of 5 technician visits per year to service equipment, increasing reliability and usability through preventative maintenance.
